ASK Innovations was established in
2017 by a team of Operational
Excellence and Machine Design experts
with vast experience in guiding clients
for technology advancements and
process improvements using the core
principles, tools and techniques of Lean
Manufacturing.

Mr. Sahil Maru has a vast industry experience for deploying Manufacturing Operational Excellence and has majorly played the role of an External Partner to organizations for deploying Technology advancement and Operational Excellence in Manufacturing companies. He is a Masters in Industrial Engineering & B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Sahil is well versed in Identification of Automation requirement & developing Machine design concepts based on Lean manufacturing requirements like Low cost Automation, Kaizen, SMED, Jidoka, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Visual Management, Waste Elimination, Defect Reduction etc. He has driven Business Process transformation projects in various businesses, across varied global manufacturing hubs in India, UAE, Oman, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Indonesia & Bangladesh. His primary responsibility has been to drive and implement Process Automation & Improvement initiatives taken up by Organizations.

He has passionately served in varied Business sectors like Modular Fabrication, Heavy Engineering, FMCG (Food & Non Food), Pharmaceuticals (R&D & Manufacturing), Textile, Furniture Joinery, Logistics & Warehousing, Consumer Electronics, Power & Electrical Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, Plastic Injection Moulding, Metal Can Manufacturing), Machine Building (Packaging & Transformers), Chemical (Dyes & Specialty) and Jewelry (Diamond Cutting & Polishing) etc.
